The location in the city surrounded by shops. We asked to change room to have a bath for our baby and the staff was very professional.

No restaurant open in the week-end, although surrounded by restaurant in the neighborhood. No efficient dry-cleaning (drop of Saturday not ready for Monday) which is surprising for a 4-star hotel, had to go downtown to drop my husband suit.

inability to get a cup of tea at 1 am - shoudl have facilities in the room to make tea

Great location - nice area and close to metro; a pleasant 25-minute walk to the Prado. Rooms very well designed, with trendy decor and free internet. They also have basic laptops in the rooms. Staff friendly.

Great location! Can walk to El Prado through the park.

The noise from the street was too much first thing in the morning and I didn't like the glass bathroom which was inside the room.The staff were great and moved me to another room immediately to a much quieter room which had a separate bathroom although there was no privacy as the glass door was directly in front of the toilet!

Felt at home at all times. Excellent service and attention. Centric location and at the same time more quite and safer than at the center of the city.

Hallways are too dark and stuffy [no AC in the hallways].
